Port Andratx is located at the most south-western tip of the Balearic island and is about 5 km from Andratx town. It still has a working fishing port where you can sit outside in one of the many restaurants, cafés or bars. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger ones close by, as well as many excursion destinations, luxury spas and golf courses. There is a main shopping street along the waterfront and more stores in the back streets, which are located in the steeply rising hills surrounding the town.
Cala Llamp is the neighboring bay of Port Andratx in the southwest of Mallorca, two kilometers away. This stretch of coast is characterized by the fact that it has no sand, only smooth rocks. The small, rocky bay is very popular with the residents of Andratx. After all, the municipality is not blessed with too many beaches. In summer, the Cala Llamp beach club is a popular meeting place for eating, drinking and chilling out. There is also a pool for guests to use. The bay is rather unsuitable for non-swimmers.
