The construction of a beautiful country house with pool and pool house is planned on the approximately 17,130 m² plot near Santanyí. The living and usable area will be around 420 m² on two levels. 

On the first floor, the property has a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area, a large kitchen, a utility room and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The upper floor offers three further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace. A pool measuring 12 x 4 meters and a pool house round off the property perfectly. 

For your information: In May 2020, the government of the island of Mallorca imposed restrictions on the development of rural plots for new building applications. According to the new legislation, a detached house may only have a maximum volume of 900 m3 (previously 1,500 m3) and the pool may only have a water surface area of 35 m². In addition, the permitted buildable area is reduced to a maximum of 1.5 % (previously between 2 % and 3 %) of the total plot area and the area built on with structural elements may only be a maximum of 2 % (previously between 3 % and 4 %).
The building project was submitted and approved in accordance with the old legislation, which means that the old volumes and square meters can still be realized. Construction has already begun. Completion: spring 2024.

Location description
The finca is located in a quiet, rural setting, but is still very close to Santanyi. The town is known for its colorful market days and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars and extensive shopping opportunities. 
A variety of bays and beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car, as can the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or or the excellent golf course of Vall d'Or. Only around 30 minutes by car from the international airport, you will find the original Mallorca here.
