In addition, the permitted buildable area is reduced to a maximum of 1.5 % (previously between 2 % and 3 %) of the total plot area and the area built on with structural elements may only be a maximum of 2 % (previously between 3 % and 4 %).
The building project was submitted and approved in accordance with the old legislation, which means that the old volumes and square meters can still be realized. Construction has already begun. Completion: spring 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finca is located in a quiet, rural setting, but is still very close to Santanyi. The town is known for its colorful market days and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars and extensive shopping opportunities.\u00a0
A variety of bays and beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car, as can the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or or the excellent golf course of Vall d'Or. Only around 30 minutes by car from the international airport, you will find the original Mallorca here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
